How I play

Vinyl or digital, whatever the night needs

The records matter more than the format. I play whichever suits the room.

Vinyl, built to a vibe

A vinyl set is put together beforehand around a feel. You ask for a mood and, if I have the records, I build it.

Digital, open to requests

If the crowd is varied and wants to request, that is a digital set, with the flexibility and the library to match.

The crates

Deep and wide

Core

Disco, soul and funk

The heart of the collection.

Wider

House and indie

Across the eras, guitar-led and four-to-the-floor.

Further

Balearic, reggae, afrobeat, Latin

And bossa nova, and the rare and deep cuts worth digging for.

Vinyl or digital

Which one suits your night

Vinyl is a set built in advance around a feel, with less back and forth on the night and only the records I have. If your crowd is varied and wants to request, digital is the one, with the range and the flexibility to follow the room. Tell me the event and I will tell you which fits.

Questions

Common questions

Can you play an all-vinyl set?

Yes, where it suits the night. A vinyl set is built beforehand around a vibe, so it works best when you want a feel rather than a request list.

Which genres do you dig into?

Disco, soul and funk at the core, through house and indie, and out to balearic, reggae, afrobeat, Latin, bossa nova and the deeper cuts.

Can we request songs or send a track list?

For a digital set, yes. For vinyl, I build to a vibe you describe and play from the records I have, so it is less request-led.

Does the vinyl option work for weddings and parties?

It can, as background or a mood-led set. For a floor that wants requests across the generations, a digital set usually works better.
