These fabric wall hangings originated from the 2015 exhibition "Ordering Chaos" at Islington Mill. Illustrator Tasha Whittle and I spent a week in the gallery space, creating work, exchanging ideas, and collaborating with musicians. The result was an exhibition and video featuring artwork and sounds from that week of experimentation.


In 2021, I decided to experiment with some fabric offcuts from the exhibition, combining them with Laura Ashley fabric I picked up at a car boot sale. The result is these unique pieces, which were exhibited at Station South.


Out of the original ten, six pieces remain.
